Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3-4 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to your desired spiciness)
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh lime juice (adjust for taste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the level of Sriracha and lime juice to achieve your desired balance of spiciness and tanginess. You can also adjust the amount of salt and pepper to suit your taste.
  • If time allows, refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and develop.
  • Serve however you like!
