Instructions
Spray olive oil over the muffin pan
Wrap prosciutto slices in each cup, ensuring it covers the entirety
Place spinach/kale (or veggie of choice) into bottom of prosciutto lined cup
Crack one egg into each prosciutto lined cup, salt/pepper as desired
Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes depending on desired egg doneness
