Raspberry Chia Jam

Create a healthier, homemade delight with our Raspberry Chia Jam. Fresh raspberries, chia seeds, honey, and a touch of vanilla come together to make a sweet and nutritious spread.

- 2 cups raspberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Wash raspberries and heat in saucepan over medium heat.

When raspberries are fragrant and releasing juices, use potato masher (or large spoon) to smash (about 2-3 minutes).
Add chia seeds and mix to combine. Let thicken (5-6 minute).
2 tbsp chia seeds
Add honey and mix to combine. Keep over heat for 1-2 minutes longer.
1/4 cup honey
Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool before serving.
