Raspberry Chia Jam

Create a healthier, homemade delight with our Raspberry Chia Jam. Fresh raspberries, chia seeds, honey, and a touch of vanilla come together to make a sweet and nutritious spread.

  • 1 medium-sized saucepan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Wash raspberries and heat in saucepan over medium heat.

  • When raspberries are fragrant and releasing juices, use potato masher (or large spoon) to smash (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Add chia seeds and mix to combine. Let thicken (5-6 minute).
    2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Add honey and mix to combine. Keep over heat for 1-2 minutes longer.
    1/4 cup honey
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool before serving.
    1 tsp vanilla extract
