4 burger patties, 4 slices Muenster cheese
  • Fry eggs to desired doneness. Can be done in the burger grease, no need for added butter or oil.
    4 eggs
  • Slice linguisa sausage lengthwise. Cut to fit the size of your burger buns. Heat linguisa sausage in same skillet.
1 package (~11 oz) Portuguese linguisa sausage
  • Butter buns and toast them.
    4 Brioche buns, butter
  • Spread the Thousand Island on the buns and stack your burger! I find it easiest to place the linguisa flat side down on the bottom half of the bun, followed by the patty and then the egg. Sprinkle fried onions on top and enjoy!
