Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter or cooking oil of choice
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful cherry/grape tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Chop tomatoes in halves.
  • Add 1 tbsp butter to pan and sauté veggies and prosciutto until spinach is wilted
  • Add second tbsp butter to pan and add beaten egg
