Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium avocados ripe
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • (juice of) 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • ΒΌ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Peel and pit the avocados.
  • Peel the garlic cloves.
  • Juice the limes.
  • Chop the fresh cilantro.

Blend the Ingredients

  • In a blender or food processor, combine avocados, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, and cayenne pepper.
    Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning. Add salt and pepper according to your preference. You can also adjust the cayenne pepper for the desired level of spiciness.
