Ingredients
  

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu cubed
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • fresh cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, ground ginger, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  • Toss the tofu cubes in the spicy marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
  • In a pan, sauté the marinated tofu over medium-high heat until golden and slightly crispy.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds over the cooked tofu for added crunch and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro just before serving.
