- 1⅓ cups Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dill finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- salt & pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Slice the the chicken breasts into strips (if desired) and place in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Massage marinade into chicken.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to marinate the chicken.
When you're ready to cook, preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess marinade drip off.
Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
