  • 1⅓ cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dill finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Slice the the chicken breasts into strips (if desired) and place in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Massage marinade into chicken.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to marinate the chicken.
  • When you're ready to cook, preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess marinade drip off.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
