Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs top sirloin cut in thin slices
- 2 large florets broccoli
- 1 12 oz bag carrot chips
- 2 tbsp arrow root starch or cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 Cup beef broth low sodium
- 1/2 cup soy sauce low sodium
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 8 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes optional
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced steak with arrowroot starch until coated. Set aside.2.5 lbs top sirloin, 2 tbsp arrow root starch
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the broccoli florets and carrots. and Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the broccoli begins to turn bright green. Remove the veggies from the pan and set aside.2 large florets broccoli, 1 12 oz bag carrot chips
- Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the pan. Add the sliced steak and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
