- Trader Joe’s Chicken Meatballs (gluten free)
These meatballs are packed with protein for the price. Packed with 16-18 meatballs, the serving size is only 4 balls which yields 16g of protein. That’s not enough of a meal so I often eat twice that for a whopping 32g of protein. Serve these puppies with my Homemade Tzatziki for a healthy and filling meal. Only $4 buckaroos for four servings of four meatballs a piece.. thats a steal.
- Trader Joe’s Turkey Burgers
High protein, low calorie. A nice 22g heap of protein, 180 calories per patty. Heat these bad boys up in the skillet and serve two of them up without the bread for a great meal. Sriracha or your hot sauce of choice is a great topping.
- Fresh Atlantic Salmon Boneless Skinless Fillet
I love these salmon packages which provide two nice servings a piece. At $9.99/lb, it won’t break the bank for a great high-protein meal. There are so many ways you could prepare this, but I love finding the ‘BBQ Cut’ packages and preparing these on the grill with some various grilled vegetables.
- Everything But the Bagel Seasoned Smoked Salmon
While we’re on the topic of salmon, this smoked salmon is delicious. Great eaten alone or thrown on a toasted bagel with cream cheese for a delectable breakfast.
- Middle Eastern Style Kebabs
These guys are great for a quick, hassle free dinner or even a work lunch. Six kebabs per package- three servings- with each serving packing nearly 20g of protein. Serve these up with some of my fantastic Homemade Tzatziki Sauce.
