🍳 Mastering the Art: Cooking Tips and Tricks
🌾 Perfect Quinoa Grains
Achieving fluffy and distinct quinoa grains requires precision. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly before cooking to remove its natural coating, which can cause bitterness. Use a 1:2 quinoa-to-water ratio for optimal results. Once cooked, let it sit covered for a few minutes, then fluff it with a fork to separate the grains.
🔥 Stovetop Chili Chicken
To infuse the chicken with Southwest flair, season thinly sliced chicken breast liberally with chili powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked. This stovetop method ensures a quick and flavorful preparation, perfect for a time-efficient yet delicious meal.
