- 3 lbs shredded chicken cooked
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 large white onion diced
- 1 jalapeno seeded and minced

- 1 12 oz bag frozen corn
- 1 can (14.5 oz) fire roasted diced tomatoes partially drained
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp ground cumin

- sliced avocado optional garnish
- pico del gallo optional garnish
- fresh cilantro optional garnish
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
